Welcome to my Handy-Dandy Guide to Dinosaur Anatomy. These slides were created as part of a lecture I present on restoring the anatomy of extinct animals. Eventually there will be a series of articles, but in the mean time I hope these will be of use to some aspiring functional morphologists and/or artists.

WARNING! The muscle names in these slides are patterned off of human medical terminology. This makes it easier to learn them, but these are not the scientific names of the muscles for non-mammals such as dinosaurs. Check back soon for a guide with the appropriate scientific names available.
